Executive Summary & Project Overview

This project analyzed the sales, damage, and pricing data of Olucrest Beverages, a fictional beverage distribution company, to help management understand where the business is making money, where it is losing money, and what to do about it.

The outcome: A 3-page interactive Power BI dashboard that reveals a business that was growing in revenue but shrinking in profit. Despite generating ₦15.39M in revenue, net profit was only ₦1.16M because damage losses alone consumed ****67.78% of profit.
