This project was completed as part of the Onyx Data DataDNA November 2025 Challenge**,** a global monthly data visualization competition with over 25,000 participants ranging from beginners to Microsoft MVPs.
The dataset contained global e-commerce transaction records from a software retailer selling subscription products across analytics, design, collaboration, and AI categories.
I built a 4-page interactive Power BI report designed to answer specific business questions on each page. The report covers revenue performance, customer loyalty behavior, product and pricing analysis, and discount effectiveness, structured so a business stakeholder can navigate directly to what's relevant to them.
A global software retailer selling analytics, design, collaboration, and AI subscriptions was sitting on a goldmine of transaction data, but lacked clarity on what was actually driving growth.
Leadership wanted to know which customers were buying more than once, which acquisition channels were producing the most loyal buyers, and whether their discount campaigns were actually converting one-time shoppers into long-term customers.
